Duncan Rankin: As the founder of DR Fitness Coaching; Duncan is a natural body builder who won Natural Bodybuilding Mr Australia and competed at the World titles in New York placing 4th. He knows the meaning of reaching your goals through hard work and will be there on every step of your fitness journey.
Duncan also won the Australian Institute of Personal Trainer Rookie of the Year Award 2013 capping off a very successful year individually and professionally. He currently works as The Fitness Director & Cooridnator at Goodlife Heath Clubs Glenelg and manages various clients as well.
How Many Training Sessions Do I Need?
That depends on the timeframe of your goal and individual lifestyle. Having a personal trainer allows you to still keep current commitments and fit in an exercise program. How Much Does It Cost?
It’s completely up to you. From a minimum of One session a week to a maximum of your choice, You can meet your budget while we make sure the sessions still get results. A Price list has been listed and can be viewed on the right hand side of this page.
